Across the event, discussions consistently returned to insight rather than infrastructure. AI, adaptive learning and emerging technologies are advancing at pace, but their real value depends on the quality of data and understanding behind them. The strongest signal from WATS 2026 was a growing demand for better behavioural insight. Not just what pilots know, but how they behave under pressure, where their attention goes, and how decisions are really made in complex environments.
